Stockholm, 18th February 2020: African Road Safety Network for NGOS, Experts and Institutes (ARSONEI),  will use the platform of the 3rd Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety to engage with African Ministers, road safety agency leaders, and the African Union to promote the African Agenda for Road Safety on the continent.
